Personality Test revealed pretty good results about me. It told me that that I am Primary "C" Type and Secondary "D" type. And which I am in reality. As far as C type is concern, I am always very concern and detailed oriented person on doing any kind of things. I don't take deciosion and actions very fast. If i do so, i feel like I am doing something wrong and I am not getting the complete knowledge of what I am doing. I like to go in depth of every thing, for example why it is happening and how etc. I like to do things in an organize manner. If there is a hotch-potch in work , I will get confused.
Second, personlaity type shows that I am D type which is very true. for example if I dont have time and I have jump for a conclusion, I will do that in seconds. On the other hand, if i have time I will think about on a particular thing over and over again and then I will take decision. Also, if there is any trouble I am very good to calm the situation down and try to resolve the situation.
I am happy with my results. I don't think I want to become another personlaity Type because of D and C personality type are together, they are the most creative person on earth. So, I am happy with my results.
As far as people understanding in Management is concern, I think its good to give these type of test to better understand a person of how he/she thinks and behave on certain situation. But its not 100% accurate because sometimes people lies on picking up answers of questions while they are given persnality type test or anyother test. So, I am not completly in favor nor against of it. A test can be wrong too.

I'm a C type to but im a high S also. Yea i guess you can say that C type D would be the best because its a good mixture.You are analytical and you make your voice heard. Which is a good thing because you have all the facts so you are most likly making the right choice.
It looks like the test pointed out the right personality characteristic in you. C, being conscientiousness, matches with the kinds of traits you appear to possess. You approach problems in an analytical way without jumping to quick conclusions. You also appeared like a detail oriented person to me. However, I am a bit surprised that D is your secondary characteristic since D types jump to quick conclusions and they like to get immediate results, which contradicts the C type. I am myself the C type, and sometimes I can take rush decision if a situation requires it but it doesn't mean I am a D type. Perhaps this test does have some flaws...

It's great that the test showed that the personality types you value most belong to you. I am also D and C. To be honest, I am not sure why the test calls this combination the "most creative." To me, a combination of D and C looks more like a multiple-personality disorder that some people manage to keep in check. But if the test says that dominance coupled with thoroughness bears creativity, then probably it's true. It's a scientific test after all.
I agree with you on the point that some people may tailor their test answers in desire to meet expectations. Therefore, relying on the test results for the purpose of hiring might be not a good idea.

I'm happy that you like which category you fall under and I would say it seems pretty accurate. It is true that people can lie on these tests but I know everyone was eager to know their personality type so unless they were following someone else's answers that may not have been the case.
I saw the C in you but I have not seen the D. I noticed you had difficulty in making decisions because that is the same problem I have but I would like to see more of D in you. I have also definitely noticed how analytical you and I are and that is one of the reasons why its difficult to make decisions.

The personality that you have are indeed good especially for a managerial person. As a C person, you are very analytical and detailed, while as a D person, you are able to accept challenges and make decisions. However, i feel it is very difficult for someone to get this kind of personality, CD, because they are kind of opposite personality, one need slow motion, one need quick speed.
